The major spoiler for the 2004 version of HMH is really that there are no spoilers. The ride is pretty much the way that it was in 2003, except that some of Oogie Boogie's appearances have been removed. His topiary is still on the front lawn, he's still on one of the tarot cards in Madame Leota's room, he's still on one of the cakes on the dining table, his ornament is still at the bottom of the Christmas tree in the ballroom, he's still in the attic with his cymbals, and he's still at the end of the ride with his spinning wheel. Oogie also appears in voice only in the stretch room after Jack's head flashes and with Sally at the exit to the attraction.
Each year, the centerpiece of the dining room changes, and this year, the dining room goodies are in honor of Zero, who floats across the table. The gingerbread house this year is actually Zero's dog house, and there are various dog biscuits on the table.

A different view.
One other thing we noticed was that white lights had been put on the second floor balcony of the mansion. They would either fire off as strobe lights or as lights that quickly lit and dimmed, and they added a terrific effect to the mansion. I'm not sure if the lights were used just for the night's event or if they'll be used for the entire run of HMH. I hope the latter.
(We have video of the light effect that should be available soon. Please check back in the next few days.)
